Lara has been working in professional sports for over 15 years. During her time in Sports therapy, she has led the athletic care of many sports ranging from American Football to dance.

Lara has a great understanding of the human body and how to maximise a player’s performance. Lara has been a great asset to the team and really helped the coaches to overcome players limitations.
